Gizlilik Politikası

Kısaca: Imposter Ball’da hesap, reklam, analitik ve bize ait bir sunucu yok. Oyuncu isimleri ve ayarlar telefonunda kalır. Telefondan çıkan tek bilgi, satın alımı doğrulamak için Apple ya da Google’a ve RevenueCat’e gidendir.

Telefonunda kalanlar

Oyunu hatırlamak için uygulama şunları telefonuna kaydeder: yazdığın oyuncu isimleri, ayarların (paket, mod, süre, dil), tekrar çıkmasın diye son kartlar ve oynanan tur sayısı. Bunlar telefonundan çıkmaz, biz göremeyiz. Uygulamayı silince hepsi silinir.

Satın alımlar

Premium satın alırsan ödemeyi Apple (App Store) ya da Google (Google Play) alır. Adını, e-postanı ya da kart bilgilerini hiçbir zaman görmeyiz.

Premium’u açmak ve yeni telefonda geri yüklemek için RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., ABD) hizmetini kullanırız. RevenueCat bu verileri bizim adımıza işler ve şunları alır:

Bu bilgileri satın aldığın şeyi sana vermek ve RevenueCat panelinde toplam satış rakamlarını görmek için kullanırız. Bilgiler, uygulama satın alımı doğrularken otomatik olarak toplanır. Hukuki sebep: bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan ilgili olması (KVKK md. 5/2-c; GDPR md. 6/1-b).

RevenueCat verileri ABD’de (Amazon Web Services) saklar; bu bir yurt dışı aktarımdır ve RevenueCat’in Veri İşleme Sözleşmesi kapsamında yapılır. Satın alma kayıtlarını Premium’u sağlamak için gerektiği ve vergi ile muhasebe mevzuatının istediği süre boyunca tutarız.

Sonucu paylaşmak

Paylaş’a dokunduğunda görsel telefonunda oluşturulur ve seçtiğin uygulamaya verilir. Bize bir şey gelmez.

Yapmadıklarımız

Hesap açtırmayız, reklam göstermeyiz, seni başka uygulama ve sitelerde takip etmeyiz, analitik ya da hata raporlama aracı kullanmayız, veri satmayız. Uygulama rehberine, fotoğraflarına, konumuna, kamerana ya da mikrofonuna erişmez. Bu site çerez kullanmaz ve başka sitelerden bir şey yüklemez.

Çocuklar

Oyun 4+ yaş derecelidir, herkes oynayabilir. Kimseden bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. Satın alımlar mağaza hesabının sahibi üzerinden yapılır; ebeveynler satın almayı Ekran Süresi (iOS) ya da Family Link (Android) ile kapatabilir.

Hakların

KVKK 11. madde ve (Birleşik Krallık ya da AB’deysen) GDPR kapsamında verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi isteme, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme, aktarıldığı tarafları öğrenme, itiraz etme ve zararının giderilmesini isteme hakların var.

Telefonundaki veriler zaten senin elinde: uygulamayı silmen yeterli. Satın alma verileri için Apple ya da Google makbuzundaki sipariş numarasıyla hello@imposterball.com adresine yaz; kaydı bulur, en geç 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz. Şikâyet için Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu’na (Türkiye), ICO’ya (Birleşik Krallık) ya da ülkendeki veri koruma otoritesine başvurabilirsin.

Değişiklikler

Bu metin değişirse yukarıdaki tarihi güncelleriz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulamada da duyururuz.

Privacy Policy

Short version: Imposter Ball has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no servers of its own. Your players and settings stay on your phone. The only data that leaves it is what’s needed to check a purchase, which goes to Apple or Google and to RevenueCat.

Who we are

Imposter Ball is made and published by Kadirhan Yilmaz, Samsun, Türkiye (“we”). We are the controller of the data described here. Contact: hello@imposterball.com

What stays on your phone

To remember your game, the app saves on your phone: the player names you type, your settings (pack, mode, timer, language), recent cards so they don’t repeat, and how many rounds you’ve played. None of it leaves your phone and we can’t see it. Deleting the app deletes it.

Purchases

If you buy Premium, Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) takes the payment. We never see your name, email or card details.

To unlock Premium and restore it on a new phone, we use RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA), which processes this data on our behalf. RevenueCat receives:

We use this to give you what you paid for and to see overall sales figures in RevenueCat’s dashboard. The legal basis is performing our contract with you (UK and EU GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). RevenueCat stores the data in the USA on Amazon Web Services, under its Data Processing Addendum. We keep purchase records for as long as we need them to provide Premium and as tax and accounting law requires.

Apple and Google handle payment data under their own policies: Apple, Google.

Sharing a result

When you tap Share, the image is made on your phone and handed to the app you pick. Nothing comes to us.

What we don’t do

No accounts, no ads, no tracking across apps or websites, no analytics or crash-reporting tools, no selling data. The app doesn’t touch your contacts, photos, location, camera or microphone. This website sets no cookies and loads nothing from other sites.

Children

The game is rated 4+ and anyone can play. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone. Purchases go through the store account holder, and parents can turn purchases off with Screen Time (iOS) or Family Link (Android).

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under UK GDPR, EU GDPR or Türkiye’s KVKK), you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how it’s used, or complain to a data protection authority: the ICO in the UK, your local authority in the EU, or KVKK in Türkiye.

Data on your phone is already yours to control: delete the app to erase it. For purchase data, email hello@imposterball.com with the order ID from your Apple or Google receipt so we can find the record. We reply within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top. We’ll also mention important changes in the app.
