Kullanım Koşulları

Bu koşullar, Imposter Ball uygulaması için seninle Kadirhan Yilmaz (“biz”) arasındaki anlaşmadır. Uygulamayı indirip oynayarak bu koşulları kabul edersin. Uygulamayı App Store’dan indirdiysen Apple’ın Standart Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) da geçerlidir.

1. Oyun

Imposter Ball tek telefonla oynanan bir parti oyunudur. Temel oyun ücretsizdir. Premium; bütün paketleri, Benzer futbolcu modunu, $20 Draft’ı ve 12 oyuncuya kadar oynamayı açar.

2. Premium ve abonelikler

Haftalık ve yıllık Premium otomatik yenilenen aboneliklerdir. Ödeme, satın alımı onayladığında App Store ya da Google Play hesabından alınır.
Abonelik, dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse kendiliğinden yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönemin bitmesine 24 saat kala hesabından alınır.
Yıllık planda ücretsiz deneme olabilir. Deneme bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezsen ücretli yıllık aboneliğe dönüşür. Abonelik satın alırsan denemenin kalan kısmı sona erer.
Ömür boyu Premium tek seferlik bir satın alımdır, yenilenmez.
Aboneliğini App Store ya da Google Play hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir ya da iptal edebilirsin (uygulamada: Ayarlar → Aboneliği yönet). Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
Fiyatlar uygulamada ve mağazada kendi para biriminle gösterilir; vergiler dahil olabilir.

3. İadeler

Ödemeleri Apple ya da Google aldığı için iadeleri de kendi kurallarına göre onlar yapar: Apple, Google Play. Bu, tüketici olarak kanundan doğan haklarını etkilemez.

4. Geri yükleme

Yeni bir telefonda aynı mağaza hesabıyla “Satın alımları geri yükle”ye dokunman yeterli.

5. İçerik

Oyunda gerçek futbolcu, teknik direktör, kulüp ve stadyum isimleri oyun kelimesi olarak geçer. Imposter Ball hiçbir futbolcu, kulüp, lig, federasyon ya da markayla bağlantılı değildir ve onlar tarafından desteklenmez. İsimler ve markalar sahiplerine aittir. Futbol hızlı değişiyor: paketleri güncelliyoruz ama bir transfer bir kartı eskitebilir. Görürsen bize yaz.

6. Kullanım

Uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan oyunlar için kullanabilirsin. Kanunun izin verdiği durumlar dışında uygulamayı ya da kart paketlerini kopyalayamaz, satamaz, tersine mühendislikle çözemezsin.

7. Hizmet

Uygulamayı çalışır ve güncel tutmaya çalışırız ama “olduğu gibi” sunarız. Paket ve özellik ekleyebilir, değiştirebilir ya da kaldırabiliriz.

8. Sorumluluk

Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz ve toplam sorumluluğumuz son 12 ayda bize ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır. Bu madde kanunen sınırlanamayan sorumlulukları ve tüketici haklarını kısıtlamaz.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli bir değişikliği uygulamada duyururuz. Güncellemeden sonra oynamaya devam edersen yeni koşulları kabul etmiş olursun.

10. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır; uyuşmazlıklarda Samsun mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketiciler, 6502 sayılı Kanun’daki parasal sınırlar içinde Tüketici Hakem Heyetlerine de başvurabilir. Birleşik Krallık ya da AB’de yaşayan tüketiciler kendi ülkelerinin zorunlu tüketici koruma kurallarından yararlanmaya devam eder.

Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Kadirhan Yilmaz (“we”) for the Imposter Ball app. By downloading or playing it, you accept them. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

1. The game

Imposter Ball is a party game played on one phone. The core game is free. Premium unlocks every pack, the Similar player mode, the $20 Draft and games of up to 12 players.

2. Premium and subscriptions

Weekly and yearly Premium are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
The yearly plan may come with a free trial. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it becomes a paid yearly subscription. If you buy a subscription during a trial, the rest of the trial ends.
Lifetime Premium is a one-time purchase and doesn’t renew.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings (in the app: Settings → Manage subscription). Deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription.
Prices are shown in the app and the store in your local currency and may include tax.

3. Refunds

Apple or Google take the payment, so they handle refunds under their own rules: Apple, Google Play. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

4. Restoring purchases

On a new phone, tap “Restore purchases” while signed in to the same store account.

5. Content

The game uses the names of real footballers, managers, clubs and stadiums as words to play with. Imposter Ball is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any player, club, league, federation or brand. Names and trademarks belong to their owners. Football moves fast: we update the packs, but a transfer can leave a card out of date. If you spot one, tell us.

6. Using the app

You can use the app for personal, non-commercial play. Except where the law allows it, don’t copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app or its card packs.

7. The service

We try to keep the app working and up to date, but we provide it “as is”. We may add, change or remove packs and features.

8. Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll mention important changes in the app. If you keep playing after an update, you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Samsun have jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer in the UK or the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and can bring claims in your local courts.
